Once we've had an initial conversation with you and the person/people you'd like us to coach, we'll present you with 2 or 3 Executive coaches to choose from. Once a coach is selected and everyone is satisfied, the coaching program can begin. We recommend starting with a monthly plan for 6 months, but you have the flexibility to book for 12 months or longer if that suits your preference. If the fit isn't right, you can switch coaches at any time.
